Mayor Rinaer presented two year service plaques to City Councilman Place 1,
Fre~! Brow~, City Councilman Place 3, Lynn McIlhaney, and City Councilman,
Place 5, Jim Gardner.
City Judge Phil Banks gave the oat!l__.of office to the newly elected officials, City
Councilman Place 1, Fred Brown, City Councilman Place 3, Lynn Mcllhaney, and
City Councilman Place 5, Jim Gardner.
Mayor Ringer presented each councilmember with the official Certificate of
Election.

The council adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p.m...Following the meeting was a
reception for the new councilrnembers and families.
