Asenda Item No. 1 - A public he_arin8 on the question of sm,toxin{ Fr,~re Subdivision
into the dry {imits of the City of Coll~8~ Station. Second hearing as required by Local
Government Code. Final consideration scheduled for Thursday, June 25, 1992.
Mayor Ringer opened the public hearing.
Bill Fox, 1700 Frost, addressed the Council. He indicated that he has not received any
opposing comments to the annexation.
Ms. Jimmie Vernon, 2103 Farley, expressed her opposition to the annexation. She built
in Foxfire Subdivision for the convenience of rural living.
Tim Sanford, 2401 Friar, encouraged the council to move forward with the annexation.
Mayor Ringer closed the public hearing.

Councilman Schneider moved to reappoint Cathy Locke as City Attorney. The motion
was seconded by Councilman Kennady which carried unanimously, 4-0.
Councilman Kennady moved to reappoint Connie Hooks as City Secretary. The motion
was seconded by Councilman Brown which carried unanimously, 4-0.
Councilman Brown moved to reappoint Steve Smith as Municipal Court Judge and
Randy Michel as Assistant Municipal Court Judge. The motion was seconded by
Councilman Kennady which carried unanimously, 4-0.
