Mayor Ringer called the meeting to order at 4:40 p.m.
A~uda Item No. 1 - Closed session to discuss laud acquisition [6252-17(2}(f}].
Councilman Crouch moved to announce this item as an emergency item. The motion
was seconded by Councilman Mcllhaney which carried unanimously, 4-0.
A. Land Acquisition 1. Parkland
The council moved into closed session at 4:40 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 2 - Action on closed session.
The council moved back into open session at 5:35 p.m. No action was taken.

Mayor Ringer adjourned thc meeting at 5:35 p.m.
