WHEREAS,
the City of College Station, Texas hereby informs
the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
region 6 that the following actions were taken by
the City Council.
WHEREAS,
the Council reviewed the Municipal Water Pollution
Prevention Environmental Audit Report which is
attached to this resolution.
WHEREAS,
the Council set forth the following actions
necessary to maintain permit requirements
contained in the National Pollutant Discharge
Elimination System (NPDES) Permit number TX0093262
WHEREAS,
to provide necessary funding for operation,
maintenance and future expansion of the wastewater
collection system and treatment facilities.
WHEREAS,
to provide necessary funding for training and
safety equipment.
WHEREAS,
to provide necessary funding for professional
consulting services to assist in meeting
anticipated future permit requirements.
ADOPTED AND PASSED by a majority/unanimous vote on this
23rd day of September , 1993.
