Depa~ment Safety Chairman Jennifer Geronime reposed on the Safety
Awareness Program within the Depadment and its achievements.
Budget Analyst Christi Lamar addressed the issue of the economic development
impact to utilities.
Bob Pohl, Electrical Division Manager reported on the activities within his
department.
Bill Riley, Water and Wastewater Division Manager summarized the current
activities within his area. He discussed the unfunded mandates.
Executive Director of Management Services Linda Piwonka addressed the
correlation between the Utilities Division and the Utility Billing Division.

Utility Rate Consultant Jim McCord addressed the Council and Staff on
proposed water, sewer, and electrical rates.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:00 p.m.
