Committee The motion was seconded by Councilman Mariott which
carried unanimously, 6-0.

Councilman Mariott moved approval of the appointments to the Community
Appearance Committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman Fox

Councilman Mariott moved approval of the appointments to the Historic
Preservation Committee. The motion was seconded by Councilman
Mcllhaney which carried unanimously, 6-0.

Mayor Ringer suggested these members not be considered as voting
members until September, 1994. Council concurred.
Councilman Hickson moved approval of the appointments to the Parks and
Recreation Board. The motion was seconded by Councilman Fox which
carried unanimously, 6-0.

Councilman Fox moved approval of the appointments to the zoning Board
of Adjustments. The motion was seconded by Councilman Crouch which
carried unanimously, 6-0.

Easterwood Airport Zoning Board
Council Liaison: Nancy Crouch
Economic Development Board
Council Liaison: Rotate on a monthly basis
Councilman Mcllhaney suggested that the applicants not appointed to
committees could be considered to an ad hoc committee for Brazos 2020
and ClP Committee.
City Secretary Hooks suggested a banquet for the outgoing members to
present certificates of appreciation and take the opportunity to meet and
visit with new members about their committee responsibilities, etc. Council
concurred.
