Executive Director of Fiscat~um~ Resour~G~nn Schroeder emphasized
the impo~an~ of the fis~l policies and the consistency in the city's financial
matters. He highlighted the value of the city's investment po~folio.
Finance Director Charles Cryan reviewed the city's enterprise funds (Electric,
Water, Wastewater and Sanitation funds) including fund summaries, decision
packages, capital projects and financial forecasts of each of the funds. Mr.
Cryan also reviewed the internal services funds (insurance and equipment
replacement funds).
Councilmembers asked questions to staff regarding various capital projects and
programs within each fund.

Bill Angelo, Executive Director of Brazos Valley Solid Waste Management
Agency reviewed the proposed budget for the fund.
Public Information Officer Peggy Calliham introduced the city's reporter from the
B/CS Eagle, Brent Zwenermann.
