EXECUTIVE SESSION
THURSDAY, JUNE 22, 1995
5:30 P.M.
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT:Mayor Ringer, Mayor Protem Mcllhaney,
Councilmembers Crouch, Mariott, Kennady,
Hickson, Fox
The council began their executive session at 5:30 p.m. The following issues
were discussed.
The council returned to open session at 7:00 p.m. The following action was
taken.
Councilman Mariott moved to approve the settlement agreement in the amount
of $22,001 for workers compensation to Marcus Leinhart.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Fox which carried unanimously, 7-0.
Mayor Ringer adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
