HOPE EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS COUNClLMEMBERS PRESENT:Mayor Ringer, Mayor Protem Mcllhaney, Councilmembers Crouch, Fox, Kennady, Mariott, Hickson STAFF PRESENT: Interim City Manager Brymer, City Attorney Locke, City Secretary Hooks, Deputy Fire Chief Giordano Lt. Mason Newton, Asst. Director of Public Utilities Riley, City Planner Kee GUESTS PRESENT: Refer to register Mayor Ringer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Agenda Item No. 1 -- Public hearinq reRardin.q the annexation of certain properties located within the City of Colleqe Station Extraterritorial Jurisdiction. City Planner Jane Kee presented a brief report to refresh the Council and audience of the proposed areas under consideration and any issues which may have arisen since the last public hearing. Informational documents and maps were provided to the public. Mayor Ringer opened the public hearing. Tom Buckle, 602 W. 11th in Austin, attorney representing the Raymond Stotzer Parkway citizens, addressed the Council. He urged the council to discard the Raymond Stotzer area. Mr. Buckle reminded the council of the hardship to these rural property owners. Stella Wilkes, 9552 River Road Judy Martens, 9699 Valley View Ann Hatfield, 3949 F&B Road Ron Martens, 9699 Valley View Martha Williams, 8693 Jones Road Dorothy Sands, 3905 F&B Road Joey Slovacek, 5377 Raymond Stotzer Parkway Ben Hardeman No one else addressed the Council. Mayor Ringer closed the public hearing.
