Mayor Ringer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 1 -- Public hearinq reRardin.q the annexation of certain
properties located within the City of Colleqe Station Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction.
City Planner Jane Kee presented a brief report to refresh the Council and
audience of the proposed areas under consideration and any issues which may
have arisen since the last public hearing. Informational documents and maps
were provided to the public.
Mayor Ringer opened the public hearing.
Tom Buckle, 602 W. 11th in Austin, attorney representing the Raymond Stotzer
Parkway citizens, addressed the Council. He urged the council to discard the
Raymond Stotzer area. Mr. Buckle reminded the council of the hardship to these
rural property owners.

the annexation of their respective properties:

No one else addressed the Council. Mayor Ringer closed the public hearing.
