RESOLUTION NO. 8-13-98-5-j
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION'S CABLE
TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT FROM TELECABLE ASSOCIATES, INC.
( A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF TCA CABLE TV) TO TCA HOLDINGS II,
L.P. (ALSO A WHOLLY OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF TCA CABLE TV).
WHEREAS, the City Council of College Station, Texas approved Ordinance 2058 on
March 24, 1994 providing for a cable television franchise agreement with Telecable
Associates, Inc.;
WHEREAS, College Station Ordinance 2058 Section 45 delineates the process for
assignment or transfer of said ordinance; and
WHEREAS, TCA Holdings II, L.P. has requested the transference of Ordinance 2058 and
fulfilled the requirements delineated under Section 45;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that the City of College Station approves the
transference of the City of College Station's cable television franchise agreement from
Telecable Associates, Inc. to TCA Holdings II, L.P.
PASSED and APPROVED this the 13th day of August, 1998.
