A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C1TY OF COLLEGE STAT[ON, TEXAS,
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND AUTHOR[ZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR ADAMSON POOL RENOVATION IMPROVEMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of College Station, Texas, authorized
professional services contracts; and
WHEREAS, a contract for professional services has been signed
Waterscape Consultants, Inc.; now, therefore,
the negotiation of
and completed by
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of College Station, Texas that;
The City Council of College Station, Texas hereby approves the contract with Waterscape
Consultants for an amount not to exceed $51,100 for the design of renovation improvements
to Adamson Pool.
That the City Council of College Station, Texas hereby finds that Waterscape Consultants is
the most highly qualified provider of the services for Adamson Pool Renovations on the basis
of demonstrated competence and qualifications.
That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the FY 1998-99 General Fund
budget.
That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
