A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING
THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR NORTHEAST SEWER TRUNKLINE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, authorized the negotiation of
professional services contracts; and,
WHEREAS, a contract for professional services has been signed and completed by GSW Othon,
Inc.; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby approves the contract with GSW Othon, Inc. for an
amount not to exceed $185,950 for the design of improvements to the Northeast
Sewer Trunkline.
PART 2:
That the City Council hereby finds that GSW Othon, Inc. is the most highly
qualified provider of the services for the Northeast Sewer Trunkline on the basis
of the demonstrated competence and qualifications.
PART 3:
That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Public Utility
Revenue budget $185,950.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
