SPECIAL MEETING
November 9, 1998 at 12:00 p.m.
College Station City Hall
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor McIlhaney, Mayor Pro Tem Hickson,
Concilmembers Silvia, Hazen, Esmond
COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Councilmembers Mariott and Anderson
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Noe, City Secretary Hooks, Assistant City Attorney Nemcik,
Finance Director Cryan, Management Assistant Broussard
Mayor McIlhaney opened the meeting at 12:10 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 1 -- Discussion and consideration of an ordinance canvassing the election
returns from the November 3~ 1998 CIP Bond Election.
City Secretary Hooks read the ordinance canvassing the results of November 3, 1998 CIP
Election. Motion made by Mayor Pro Tem Hickson to accept the results as presented and
approve Ordinance No. 2359. Seconded by Councilman Silvia which carried unanimously, 5-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of December, 1998.
