A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR THE CARTER CREEK
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT ODOR CONTROL PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, authorized the
negotiation of professional services contracts; and,
WHEREAS, a contract for professional services has been signed and completed by Camp,
Dresser and McKee; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Camp, Dresser
and McKee for an amount not to exceed $253,900 for the design and construction
management of the Carter Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Odor Control Project.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby finds that Camp, Dresser and McKee is the
most highly qualified provider of the services for the Carter Creek Wastewater Treatment
Plant Odor Control Project on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications.
PART 3: That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Wastewater
Fund Capital budget $253,900.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
