A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR SANDY POINT PUMP
DUAL ELECTRIC TIE PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, authorized the
negotiation of professional services contracts; and,
WHEREAS, a contract for professional services has been signed and completed by
Swoboda Engineering; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Swoboda
Engineering for an amount not to exceed $19,500 for the design and construction
management of the Sandy Point Pump Dual Electric Tie Project.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby finds that Swoboda Engineering is the most
highly qualified provider of the services for the Sandy Point Pump Dual Electric Tie
Project on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications.
PART 3: That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Water Fund
Capital budget $19,500.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and atter its passage.
