HomeMy WebLinkAbout2-11-99-13.9 - Resolution - 02/11/1999RESOLUTION NO. 2-11-99-13.9 A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARiNG ON CONSOLIDATED LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN FOR IMPACT FEES FOR SERVICE AREA 99-01 WITHIN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS. WHEREAS, Section 395.042 of the Texas Local Government Code requires that to impose an impact fee, a political subdivision must adopt an order, ordinance, or resolution establishing a public hearing date to consider land use assumptions within the designated service area that will be used to develop the capital improvements plan; and WHEREAS, 395.0515(a) of the Texas Local Government Code provides that a political subdivision may consolidate the land use assumptions and the capital improvements plan, and adopt both plans and the impact fee simultaneously; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, that a public hearing and consideration of adopting the Land Use Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan for Impact Fees for Service Area 99-01, as described in Exhibit A, shall be set for the 22nd day of April 1999. ADOPTED this 1 lth day of February, A.D. 1999.
