A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARiNG ON CONSOLIDATED LAND USE
ASSUMPTIONS AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PLAN FOR IMPACT FEES FOR
SERVICE AREA 99-01 WITHIN THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, Section 395.042 of the Texas Local Government Code requires that to
impose an impact fee, a political subdivision must adopt an order, ordinance, or
resolution establishing a public hearing date to consider land use assumptions within the
designated service area that will be used to develop the capital improvements plan; and
WHEREAS, 395.0515(a) of the Texas Local Government Code provides that a political
subdivision may consolidate the land use assumptions and the capital improvements plan,
and adopt both plans and the impact fee simultaneously; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, that a public hearing and consideration of adopting the Land Use
Assumptions and Capital Improvements Plan for Impact Fees for Service Area 99-01, as
described in Exhibit A, shall be set for the 22nd day of April 1999.
ADOPTED this 1 lth day of February, A.D. 1999.

Part 1. Proposed hnpact Fee See'ice Area 99-01, a 157.62 acre area along the northeastern right-of-way
of State Highway No 6, is more spocifically described as follows:
Beginning at a point along the northeast right-of-way line of State Highway 6. said point also
being the most southwestern comer of the 47.92 ac. Luther G. Jones Estate tract:
Then along the right of way of State Highway 6 m a northwesterly direction to thc most
northwesterly comer of thc 70.39 acre Bert Wheeler's Inc. tract to a point for a cornen
Then east along the northwestern proporty lines of the 70.39 acre Bert Wheeler's Inc. tract, the 5
acre Cornerstone Freex~ill Baptist tract, the 679 acre John H. Thorton tract and thc 5.6 acre
David P and Carla J Barker tract to a point for a corner;
Then southeast along the northern line of the R. Stevenson League to thc most southeastern
corner of the 47.92 acm Luther G. Jones Estate tract:
Then west along thc southeastern beundaD' line of the 47.92 acre Luther G Jones Estate tract to
the point of begimung, containing 157.62 acres, more or less.
