A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE RESOLUTION SETTING FEES.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously set fees for various City services; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide a limited waiver for Construction Board
of Appeals variance requests as set out in Exhibit A; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby approves and adopts the waiver of fees for
Construction Board of Appeals for variance requests for fire protection
requirements.
PART 2: That this resolution shall be effective immediately upon its adoption and
passage.
ADOPTED this 23 day of September, 2003.

EXHIBIT "A"
WAIVER OF FEE FOR
CONSTRUCTION BOARD OF APPEALS
VARIANCE REQUESTS
The fee for variance requests to the Construction Board of Appeals shall be waived for
applicants that fall within the following criteria:
1. The applicant resides within the 2002 annexed areas.
2. The applicant owns one lot or property for which the request is made and the
applicant is not dividing property for commercial or retail sale.
3. The applicant is in Wellborn or some other Water Supply District or Water
Supply Corporation's certificated area.
This waiver shall expire at the end of 2007.
