TEXAS, APPROVING FIRST SUPPLEMENT TO JOINT SOLID WASTE
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF BRYAN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, approved a settlement
agreement adding a Representative from Grimes County as an Ex- Officio member to the Policy
Board; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas, wishes to change the
requirement for Policy Board meeting from "quarterly" to "annually or as required "; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1:
PART 2: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 24th day of April, A.D. 2003.

That the City Council hereby approves this First Supplement to Joint Solid Waste
Management Agreement with the City of Bryan adding a Grimes County Ex-
Officio member and changing the meeting times from "quarterly" to "annually or
as required. ".
