RESOLUTION NO. 3 -27- 2003 - 10.05 -A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT TO PREPARE PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PORTIONS OF THE
HEREINAFTER NAMED STREETS.
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that certain portions of the hereinafter
named streets should be improved; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the Public Works Department should
be authorized to prepare plans and specifications for such hereinafter named streets; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1: That the Public Works Department of the City of College Station be, and is
hereby authorized to prepare plans and specifications for the improvement of
the designated portions of the following named streets:
1. Longmire Drive — from Graham Road to its current termination at the Eagle Street
Intersection — 48' wide street from back of curb to back of curb with 2 — 6' wide sidewalks.
PART 2: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 27 day of March, A.D. 2003.
