COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Silvia, Mayor Pro Tem Hazen, Council members,
Happ, Wareing, Mears, Maloney
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Brymer, Assistant City Manager Brown, City Attorney
Cargill Jr., Public Communications and Marketing Director Nugent, Assistant City Secretary

Mayor Silvia called the special meeting into session at 5:04 p.m.
Agenda Item No. 1— Presentation. discussion and possible action on the canvass of Election
Returns for November 4, 2003.
Mayor Silvia presented a resolution tallying the official votes from the November 4, 2003
Election. Council member Maloney moved to approve Resolution No. 11 -10- 2003 -01 accepting
the results. Mayor Pro Tem Hazen seconded the motion, which carried unanimously, 6 -0.
FOR: Silvia, Hazen, Happ, Wareing, Mears, Maloney
AGAINST: None
ABSENT: Massey
Agenda Item No. 2 -- Adjourn.
Hearing no objections, the meeting adjourned at 5:10 p.m.
