A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION
APPROVING A RIGHT -OF -WAY AGREEMENT MAKING THE ALLEY BETWEEN
THE CHIMNEY HILL BUSINESS PARK AND THE VILLAS OF CHIMNEY HILL A
PUBLIC ALLEY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Station agreed to consider dedication
of said alley if the alley were improved to meet City standards; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the alley have reconstructed the alley at their own expense to
meet the City's standards; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the alley have unanimously agreed and signed a legal
document describing and dedicating the alley to the City of College Station; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City of College Station approves the dedication of the alley
described in the Right -of -Way Agreement submitted by the property
owners, said alley being located in the Chimney Hill Business Park and
adjacent to the Villas of Chimney Hill.
PART 2: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this the 25th day of April 2002.
