A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, SELECTING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR, APPROVING A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR THE INFLOW and INFILTRATION REDUCTION PROJECT
PHASE II PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station, Texas, solicited proposals for the Inspection and
Testing of wastewater lines in the Southgate area; and
WHEREAS, the selection of RJN Group, Inc. is being recommended as the most highly qualified
provider of the inspection and testing services; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council hereby finds that RJN Group, Inc. is the most highly
qualified provider of the services for the Inflow and Infiltration Reduction
Project Phase II Project on the basis of demonstrated competence and
qualifications.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby approves the contract with RJN Group, Inc.
for an amount not to exceed $ 49,930.00 for the Inspection and Testing
services related to the Inflow and Infiltration Reduction Project Phase II
Project.
PART 3: That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Water and
Wastewater Fund, Public Utilities Division Fund in the amount of
$ 49,930.00.
PART 4: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 27 day of June, A.D. 2002.
