A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEX. AS, APPROVING A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE 20 ACRES OF LAND IN GRIMES
COUNTY FROM BOBBY TRANT, PATSY LANGFORD AND ROBIN JOHNSON IN
THE AMOUNT OF $65,500 O0
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of College Stauon, Texas, entered into an Op-on
Agreement ,~tth Bobby Trant, Patsy Langford and Robin Johnson on April 12, 2001, to purchase
land for a new landfill m Gnmcs County: now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby approves the Land Purchase Contract with Bobby
Trant, Patsy kangford and Robin Johnson to purchase 20 acres of land for d~e
new landfill m Grimes County m the amount of $65,500.00
PART 2 That tM~ resoluuon shall take effect immechately from and after its passage
