A RESOLUTION OF TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS. SELECTING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR, APPROVING A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR THE POLICE STATION ADDITIONS, PROJECT GG0402.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station, Texas, solicited proposals for the architectural services,
and
WHEREAS, the selection of Brown Reynolds Warlord Architects, lnc is being recommended as
the most highly qualified provider ofthe engmeenng services: now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station. Texas
PART 1
That the C~ty Councd hereby finds that Brown Reynolds Watford
Architects. Inc., is the most h~ghly qualified provider of thc services for
the Pohce Station Additions on the basis of demonstrated competence and
qualifications
PART 2'
That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Brown Reynolds
Wafford Archflects, Inc for an amount not to exceed $273,784.00 for thc
architecture services related to the Police Station Addfllons Project
PART 3' That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the 2003
General Obligation Bonds in the amount of $273,784.00
PART 4' That th,s resolution shall take effect immedmtely from and after ,ts passage.
ADOPTED this 24th day of June , A.D. 2004.
