A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, APPROVING AN ANNUAL FUEL CONTRACT FOR ANNUAL
DIESEL AND GASOLINE FUEL PURCHASES AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS. the City of Bryan, Texas. solicited bids on behalf of the City of College Station
for the City of College Statlon's Annual Diesel and Gasoline Fuel Purchases; and
WHEREAS. the selection of Brenco Marketing Corp. is bemg recommended as the lowest
responsible bidder for the City'S supply of Annual Diesel and Gasoline Fuel Purchases, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS:
PART 1:
That the City Council hereby finds that Brenco Marketing Corp IS the lowest
responsible bidder
That the City Council hereby approves the Annual Fuel Contract with Brenco
Marketing Corp. for $569,830.00 for the Annual Diesel and Gasoline Fuel
Purchases for the City of College Station. Texas.
That the funding for these Purchases shall be as budgeted in each fund and that
e\penses shall be charged to the appropriate fund/department as fuel IS used.
That this resolutIon shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
