A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS,
APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
EXPANSION OF LINCOLN CENTER PROJECT. AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS.
WHEREAS, the C~ty of College Stahon, Texas solicited bids for the construction phase of the Expansion
of Lincoln Center Project, and
WHEREAS, the selectmn of JaCody, thc, is being recommended as Ihe Iowesl responsible b~dder for the
construction services related to the Expansion of Lincoln Center Project, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Courted of the Cny of College Station. Texas
PART I That lhe City Courted hereby finds that JaCody, Inc, ~s the lowest responsible b~dder
PART 2 That the City Council hereby approves the contract with JaCody, [nc, for $ 815,455 00
for il~e Base Bid Plus Alternates I, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6 for the labor, materials, and eqmpment
required for improvements related to the Expansion of Lincoln Center Project
PART 3 Thai the funding for this proJecl shall be as budgeted from the General Government Parks
Cap~tal Projects Fund, in the amom~t of $815,458 00
PART 4 That this resolution shall take erect immediately from and after its passage
