A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION,
TEXAS, SELECTING A PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTOR, APPROVING A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE
OF FUNDS FOR THE SLUDGE PROCESSING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.
WHEREAS. the City of College Statmn, Texas, solicited proposals for the design and
engineenng; and
WHEREAS, the selection of Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. is being recommended as the most
highly qualified provider of the design and engineering services, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas'
PART I'
That the City Council hereby finds that Camp Dresser & McKee is the
most highly qualified provider of the services for the Sludge Processing
Improvements Project on the basis of demonstrated competence and
quah ficauons
PART 2'
That the City Council hereby approves the contract with Camp Dresser &
McKee lnc for an amount not to exceed $313,000.00 for the design and
engineering services related to the Sludge Processing Improvements
ProJect.
PART 3' That the funding for this project shall be as budgeted from the Wastewater
Capital Improvement Fund in the amount of $313,000.00
PART 4 That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage.
ADOPTED this 10th .day of June A.D. 2004.
