The city of College Station, received the following
number of votes in a election: Fred Brown; 1,549 ,
Lynn Mcihaney 1,017, and Jim Gardner 1,065.
Fred Brown was duly elected to city council place
No. 1: that Lynn McIhaney was duly elected to city
council place No. 3: and that Jim Gardner was duly
elected to City council place No.5.

The city council of the city of College Station, Texas
recognizes the value and endorses the concept and
objectives of the "BUILD TEXAS' program, supports
the adoption of the enabling legislation, and

presented at the polls on November 1987.
