A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS, APPROVING AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION AND THE CITY OF BRYAN TO PROVIDE
INTERCONNECTIONS FOR EMERGENCY WATER TRANSFERS.
WHEREAS, the City of College Station, Texas, supports cooperative efforts by the City of
College Station and the City of Bryan; and
WHEREAS, the Interlocal Agreement benefits the City of College Station and the City of
Bryan; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of College Station, Texas:
PART 1: That the City Council of College Station hereby approves the
Interlocal Agreement between the City of College Station and the
City of Bryan to provide for Interconnections for Emergency Water
Transfers.
PART 2: That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to sign the
Interlocal Agreement on behalf of the City of College Station..
PART 3: That this resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its
passage.
ADOPTED this 28th day of July, A.D. 2005.
