Members present: Mayor pro -tem Orr; Councilmen Ames, Badgett, Brown,
Harrington; City Secretary McGinnis and City Manager Vaughn.
Visitors present: Gilbert Holick, 0. K. Smith, Guy Boyett, Sr. L. E.
Winder, Jerome Zubik.
The purpose of the meeting was to take some action in the matter of
collecting garbage at the North Gate Business Area. The Council
authorized the payment of a rental fee of x$'20.00 per month to O. H.
Boyett for the use of his property on which garbage is placed and
collected. The City Manager was instructed to make arrangements for
more definite collection of garbage in that area.
