Members present: Mayor Langford; Councilmen Ames, Brown; City
Secretary McGinnis and City Manager Vaughn.
lA gytorum not being present no official business was transacted.
Mr. Paul S. Ballance and five other property owners living in the
southwestern section of College Hills came before the Council at
this regular meeting date to discuss 'street improvements" in their
immediate section of the City. This delegation was informed by
the Mayor that the City could pay no more than one-third of the
cost of the improvements asked for and the City Manager was
instructed to prepare estimated costs of the several types of street.
improvements to be submitted to the property owners in the area for
their decision as to what should be done.
