Members present: Councilmen Wilcox and Brown, City Secretary
McGinnis, City Manager Vaughn.
Visitors present: W. H. Freiberger, T. E. Robertson, Ben Butler.
Councilman Wilcox acting for the City Council stated the purpose
of the meeting was to hear public complaints against the final
passage of Ordinance No. 93•
Messrs.-Freiberger, Robertson, and Butler expressed objection to
final passage of Ordinance No. 93 and offered several suggestions
in the support of their objection.
Councilman Wilcox made the statement that the Ordinance was
intended to correct an error which was made in the original
zoning map and that final action would be taken by the Council
at its next regular meeting.
