' 1111- REGULAR MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL

Members present: Mayor E. Langford; Councilmen R. L. Brown, Crawford
J. .A. Orr; and City Manager Lloyd D. Smith.
A quorum not being present no regular business was attended to. It
was agreed informally that the Mayor and City Manager would discuss
further the question of renewing the water contract with the City of
Bryan.
A petition presented by a committee from the Presbyterian church to
erect a church building in South Oakwood was referred to the Zoning
Commission.
Mr. Smith suggested that a fee of $5.00 be charged against owners
whose livestock might be taken up while running at large. Final
decision was deferred pending a full quorum.
