MINUTES OF I GUTAR MEETING MAY 11, 1944
Members present: Mayor Langford; Councilmen Brown, R. L., C. W. Crawford;
City Manager Smith.
A quorum not being present, the following natters were discussed informally:
(a.) The question of a Justice of the Peace in this area
(b) The question of a Constable in this precinct
(c) The question of paying off interests on deposits by allowing
credit on utility bills
The Mayor reported that all members of the Council had qualified by
taking oaths of office.
