A waled meeting was held at the City Office, July 8th ca at
6 P.M.
Members Present: Ernest Langford, Mayor, Councilmen Har-
rington, Orr, R. L. Bran, E. E. Brawn, Wilcox, and L. D.
Smith.
Purpose of the Meeting:
" The Zoning Commission met on July 2, and the following
recommendation is made in reply to your letter of July 29:
To rezone all 2nd class residential property within the
City limits located northwest of Lincoln Avenue and north-
east of Highway No. 6 to District #3, Apartment House Dis-
trict. The present first class business district and
second class business district within th&s area to remain
as now zoned."
ID Motion was made by Mr. Orr, seconded by Mr. R. L. Brawn
that the Council approve the recanrnendation of the Zen-
ing Commission. Motion carried w i a unanimous vote.
