MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL, THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 1941.
Mwmbers Present, Mayor Anderson, Aldermen Munson, Wilcox,
Lipsoomb, and Langford.
A motion was made by k '.Munson, seconded by Mr. Wilcox, that the
Council authorize the City Engineer to buy a car load of topping.
Motion carried.
Motion was made by Mr. VYilcox, seconded by Mr. Munson, that Mr.
NeNew be requested to investigate the possibility of making the
City of College Station and surrounding area a defense area,
( with the view to gaining whatever funds may be had for the im-
provement of essential items in such areas.
