Meeting of the City Council, July 10, 1941.
Members Present: Mayor Anderson, Aldermen Langford, Orr,
Munson and City Engineer McNew.
It was agreed that a committee, composed of the Mayor, m r.
Langford, and mr. Orr, were to see the Mayor of Bryan con-
cerning summer water rates in the City of College Station.
A motion was made by Mr. Munson, seconded by Mr. Langford,
that this deed for an easement for a sewer line across the
Victor Dominik property, be submitted to him, and if and when
he signs properly, the Mayor be authorized to sign a check for
4 50.00, and deliver to Mr. Dominik.
