Meeting of the City Council of College Station, Texas, May 29, 14 i
at 7:30 P.M. in the City Office.
Members present: Langford, Orr, hilcox, and Lipscomb. Illness
prevented Mayor Anderson from attending; mayor Pro Tem Lipscomb
presided.
,'i A motion was made by Mr. Orr, seconded by mr. Wilcox, to adopt
the following ordinance, " An Ordinance Setting up the Board of
Equilization for the rear 1941; Fixing the Time of Meeting."
Motion was made by Mr. Orr, seconded by Mr. Langford, to adopt
the following ordinance; " An Ordinance Dividing the City of Col-
lege Station into Wards; Fixing Boundaries of Wards; Providing

for Election of Aldermen".
The Council agreed that Mr. Munson and 14r. Langford are to see Mr
Munnerlyn in connection with the office rent.
Motion was made by Mr. Langford, seconded by Mr. Vrilcox:, to author-
ize Mr. Munson and Mr. Steel to purchase a sewer pump and motor
for College Hills Estates. motion carried.
Motion was made by mr. Langford, seconded by Mr. Orr, to adopt the
following ordinances " An Ordinance Admitting holick's Restricted
Home Sites to the City of 'ollege Station."
Motion was made by Mr. Orr, seconded by Mr. hileox, that the
Mayor be authorized to look into the matter of bonding Edwin Baum.
