The City Council met in the City Office on July 20 ,
1939 at 7: 30 P. M. with Mayor Kinney presiding and Ald-
1---, ermen Lipscomb and ebbf:rd attending. Present also were
City Attorney Barger, City Marshall Hopper , City Recorder
• Gorzychi , and City Sanitary Engineer Steele , and officials
from the Community Natural Gas Comnany, for hearing an
Granting the Granchise to said company for furnishing mat-
ural gas to the inhabitants of the City.
It was a-reed that the ryas Company officials re-dra-t
the Franchise according to suggestions of Council and re-
submit the Franchise to the Council.
