19 , 1939 in Mr. G. B. Wilcox' s office of the Agricultuy-
al and Mechanical College of Texas , with all members
Present .
The report of Mr. Steele and Mr. S. R. Tri .ht relating
to water to be sold in College Station was discussed .
Objections were raised to allow easement in College .
Hills Estates until the shole matter of rates was clar-
ified fully.
Mr. L. P. Gabbard was elected Mayor Pro-tem.
