COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Silvia, Council members, White, Gay,
Lancaster, Happ
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Council members Berry, Scotti
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Brown, City Attorney Cargill Jr., City Secretary
Hooks, Assistant City Secretary Casares
Mayor Silvia called the special meeting to order at 12:05 p.m.
Special Aeenda Item No. 1 - Presentation. possible action, discussion on a resolution
to canvass the results of General and Special Election held on Mav 13.2006.
Kay Parker, Central Counting Judge for the May 13, 2006 election, citied the resolution
declaring the results official.
Council member Lancaster moved to approve Resolution No. 5-24-2006-01 as presented.
Council member White seconded the motion, which carried unanimously, 5-0.
FOR: Silvia, Happ, White, Gay, Lancaster
AGAINST: None
ABSENT: Berry, Scotti
Special Aeenda Item No. 2 - Adiourn.
Hearing no objections, the meeting adjourned at p.m. 12:17 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24,
