HomeMy WebLinkAbout12-04-07-7 - Resolution - 12/04/2007 • RESOLUTION NO. 12 04 - 07 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS, APPROVING AND SETTING FEES FOR PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES. WHEREAS, the City of College Station conducted a cost of service study to identify the full cost of service for all Parks and Recreation related facilities and services; and WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Fiscal and Budgetary Policy; and WHEREAS, the schedule of fees in the attached Exhibit A provides for Parks and Recreation related fees that are consistent with the adopted Fiscal and Budgetary Policy; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNSEL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE STATION, TEXAS: • PART 1: That the City Council hereby approves and adopts the Parks and Recreation fee schedule attached as Exhibit A. PART 2: That the fees provided for in the attached Exhibit A shall take effect for programs beginning after January 1, 2008. ADOPTED this 4th day of December , A.D. 2007.
