AN ORDINANCE REZONING 10 TRACTS OF LAND TOTALLING 54.48
ACRES, LOCATED IN THE WOODCREEK SUBDIVISION FROM
TOWNHOMES TO R-! SINGLE FAMILY (ll.30 ACRES), R-3 TOWNBOMES
TO R-! (5.75 ACRES), A-O AGRICULTURAL OPEN TO R-I (5.31
ACRES), R-3 TOWNHOMES TO R-1 (4.07 ACRES), R~$ TOWNHOMES TO
R-! (6.60 ACRES), P.U.D. PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO R-1
(14.38 ACRES), A-O TO R-! (6.94 ACRES), AND P.U.D. TO R-!
SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (0.130 ACRES, 0.022 ACRES, 0.009
ACRES AND 0.099 ACRES).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS=
WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing in the City
Hall at 7~00 P.M. on April 26, !990 on the question of
rezoning certain areas within the city limits; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the following:
To rezone or change the classification of the following 10
tracts of land lying and being situated in the woodcreek
subdivision in College Station, Brazos County, Texas and
being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
TRACT NO. 1
Metes and bounds description of a 11.30 acres tract or
parcel of land lying and being situated in the Thomas
Caruthers League, Abstract No. 9, College Station, Brazos
County, Texas, and being called Tract One of an 88.52 acres
tract that is an aggregate of five tracts conveyed by
special warranty deed from the Federal Deposit Insurance
Corporation (FDIC) to T.A.C. Realty, Inc., on December 8,
!989, and recorded in volume 1157, Page !94 of the Deed
Records of Brazos County, Texas, said Tract One being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a corner stone found marking the north corner
of that same 88.43 acre tract conveyed from Edward Uvacek,
Jr., et ux, to Cornerstone Investment Group, as described by
deed recorded in Volume 469, Page 426 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas;

Metes and bounds description of a 5.75 acres tract or parcel
of land lying and being situated in the Thomas Caruthers
League, Abstract No. 9, College Station, Brazos County,
Texas, and being called Tract Two of an 88.52 acres tract
that is an aggregate of five tracts conveyed by special
warranty deed from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation
(FDIC) to T.A.C. Realty, Inc., on December 8, 1989, and
recorded in Volume 1157, Page 194 of the Deed Records of
Brazos County, Texas, said Tract Two being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the south corner of Woodcreek Block C, Lot 1,
as shown by plat recorded in volume 1002, Page 645, of the
Official Records of Brazos County, Texas, and lying in the
southeast line of said Tract Two.

an 88.52 acres tract that is an aggregate of five tracts
conveyed by special warranty deed from the Federal Deposit
Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to T.A.C. Realty, Inc., on
December 8, 1989 and recorded in Volume 1157, Page 194, of
the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas, said Tract Three
is now made up of two different zoning tracts to be voided,

Metes and hounds description of a 0.130 acre tract or parcel
of land lying and being situated in the Thomas Caruthers
League, Abstract No. 9, College Station, Brazos County,
Texas,, and being part of the southwest portion of a 40.50
acres tract that abuts the easterly line of Woodoreek
Section Three and the southeasterly line of the proposed
extension of Woodoreek Drive, said 40.50 acres tract called
Tract Four of an 88.52 acres tract that is an aggregate of
five tracts conveyed by special warranty deed from the
Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) to T.A.C.
Realty, Inc., on December 8, 1989, and recorded in Volume
1157, Page 194, of the Deed Records of Brazos County, Texas,
said 0.130 acre tract is an aggregate of three tracts still
