AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE 1994-95 FISCAL YEAR AND
AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES AS THEREIN PROVIDED.
WHEREAS, a proposed budget for the fiscal year October 1, 1994 to September 30, 1995,
was prepared and a public hearing held thereon as prescribed by law and the Charter
of The City of College Stabon, Texas, nobce of said hearing hawng first been duly
g~ven;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE
STATION, TEXAS:
That the aforesaid proposed budget, which is made a part hereof to the same extent as ~f set
forth at length here~n, ~s hereby adopted, and a copy of which is on file ~n the Office of
the City Secretary ~n College Station, Texas; and
That authorization ~s hereby granted for the expenditure of the same under the respective
items contained ~n sa;d budget in accordance with the approved fiscal procedures of
the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 9th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1994.
