Attendees will come through the front entrance and take the elevator on the right to the second floor. When they exit and face right, the reserved conference room will be on the left. 1. Call to Order and announce a Quorum. 2. Hear Visitors. Visitors after stating name and address for the record may address the Historic Preservation Committee for three (3) minutes. Topics for deliberation shall be discussed under the appropriate agenda item, placed on the agenda of a subsequent meeting, or assigned to staff for research. However, a statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be issued. 3. Possible action and discussion on absence requests. 4. Possible action and discussion of previous minutes. 5. Presentation by Mayor Nancy Berry to update the Historic Preservation Committee as to its status. 6. Committee Discussion and possible action regarding the 2014 Exploring History Lunch Series, including update regarding specific efforts to secure sponsors for 2014 Exploring History Lunch Series. 7. Report on meeting with City Manager, Mike Neu, Sherry Mashburn, January 22, 2014 regarding balance and use of donated funds for the 75 Anniversary Celebration — possible Committee discussion. 8. Report on presentation given to the City Council, January 24, 2014 — possible Committee discussion. A statement of specific factual information or the recitation of existing policy may be given.
