The City Council may or may not attend the Joint Workshop Meeting with COCS & the COB Planning & Zoning Commissions.
1. Call to order.
2. Introduction of City of College Station Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff.
3. Introduction of City of Bryan Planning and Zoning Commissioners and staff.
4. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding an update from the
Metropolitan Planning Organization on the State Highway 6 Corridor Study.
5. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding an update on development
activity in the BioCorridor.
6. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding comprehensive planning.
7. Discussion on future joint meeting agenda items.
8. Adjourn.
Consultation with Attorney {Gov't Code Section 551.071} ; possible action.
The Planning and Zoning Commission may seek advice from its attorney regarding a pending and contemplated litigation subject
or attorney - client privileged information. After executive session discussion, any final action r vote taken will be in public. If
litigation or attorney - client privileged information issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning
Commission meeting, an executive session will be held.
Notice is hereby given that a Joint Workshop Meeting of the College Station & Bryan Planning and Zoning Commissions,
will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 11:30 AM at the College Station Utilities Meeting & Training Facility,
1603 Graham Road, College Station, Texas. The following subjects will be discussed, to wit: See Agenda.
