Once restored, Rich Risbon & Sydney Steinbacher were brought in to run the business of bringing East Coast cuisine to Aggieland. Over the years the diner has been featured on many television shows such as Texas Bucket List, Diners Drive-ins & Dives and American Pickers. In 2024 the diner was used in a pivotal scene for the motion picture The Long Game.
