I, y O c.e�A%E tomas a City of College Station local public official, make this affidavit and
hereby, on oath, state the following: I have a substantial interest in a business entity or in real property that may
receive a special economic effect that is distinguishable from the effect on the public as stated in Texas Local
Government Code Chapter 171.
The business entity or real property I have a substantial interest in is: �-
and the reason I or a person that is related to me within the first degree of consanguinity (blood) or affinity
(marriage) have a substantial interest in the above is for the following reasons: (Check all that apply.)
❑ I own 10% or more of the voting stock or shares of the business entity;
❑ I own either 10% or more or $15,000 or more of the fair market value of the business entity;
Funds received by me from the business entity exceed 10% of my gross income for the previous year; Real
property is involved and I have an equitable or legal ownership with a fair market value of $2,500 or more;
❑ A relative of mine has a substantial interest in the business entity or real property that would be affected by
a decision of the public body of which I am a member.
❑ Alternatively, even if I do not have a "substantial interest" as defined by Chapter 171 of the Texas Local
Government Code, I am filing this affidavit so to avoid the appearance of impropriety. My interest may be
described as follows:
Upon the filing of this affidavit with the City Secretary, I affirm that I will abstain from voting on any decision
involving this business entity and from any further participation on this matter whatsoever.
