REGULAR MEETING
1) Welcome and Open Meeting
-Pledge of allegiance to the United States and Texas Flags and Invocation.
2) Public Comments Regarding Items Not on the Agenda
-Individuals who wish to address the Policy Board must fill out a Public Comment Card describing
the topic(s) they wish to address. Public comment cards may be obtained from Lisa Lyon of the
MPO staff prior to the start of the meeting. Please limit your comments to three minutes per topic.
3) Approval Of April 1, 2026 Policy Board Minutes
-Action Required. (See attachment.)
4) Staff Report
• Complete Streets Plan Update
• Presentation at Regional Mobility Authority Board Meeting
• Brazos Valley Coordinated Human Service Transportation Plan
5) FY 2027 — FY 2030 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)
-MPO staff have been working in coordination with Brazos Transit District, TxDOT Bryan District
and the TxDOT Transportation Planning &Programming Division (TP&P) to develop the FY2027
— 2030 TIP. An initial draft was submitted to TP&P for comment in March. Staff addressed the
comments received and incorporated them into the 2nd draft which was submitted to TP&P on
April I7'h. At the April 16, 2026 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) requested minor revisions.
The TAC directed staff to open a 30-day public comment period and to recommended the draft FY
2027-FY 2030 TIP as revised to the Policy Board for adoption. Staff has completed the 30-day
public comment period and made the revisions as requested by the TAC. Action Required. (See
attachment.)
6) Adjourn
-The June Policy Board meeting has been cancelled.
