Call to Order 2. Hear Visitors At this time, the Chairman will open the floor to citizens wishing to address the Board on issues not already scheduled on today's agenda. The citizen presentations will be limited to three minutes in order to accommodate everyone who wishes to of a address the Board and to allow adequate time for completion o t the agenda items. The Board will receive the information, ask city staff to look into the matter, or will place the matter on a future agenda for discussion. Presentation and discussion regarding an update on the following item(s): • A rezoning from PDD (Planned Development District) to PDD (Planned Development District) for approximately 6.32 acres located at 301 Southwest Parkway. The Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Advisory Board heard this item on February 4 2013 and voted 4 -1 to approve staff's recommendation of denial. The Planning and Zoning Commission heard this item on February 21S and voted 6 -0 to recommend approval. The City Council will hear this item on February 28 • Dexter Sidewalk Project • Lick Creek Greenway Trail • 2818 Trail Phase II • University Drive Pedestrian Improvements Phase II 6. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission on proposed changes to the Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Master Plan based on the Wellborn Area Plan. 7. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding Capital Improvement Program sidewalk projects and priorities. 8. Presentation and discussion regarding the South Knoll Area Neighborhood Plan. 9. Presentation, possible action, and discussion regarding review of items for a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission. 10. Presentation and discussion regarding education and encouragement opportunities such as Earth Day and May is National Bike Month. r , 11.
